Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy applies to goods and services purchased from urbanecolivingspace.com.

1. General Provisions

This policy is governed by the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015, the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023, and the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 3997-IX dated 25.06.2024.

2. Warranty Duration

Warranty periods are specified in the product documentation. If not specified, the statutory warranty applies. For digital services, warranty is 30 days from delivery.

3. Coverage

We warrant that products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Remedies include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

4. Exclusions
